The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Kansas City Division is seeking the help of all area members of the community. The FBI is reaching out to the public for help in identifying an unknown male who is believed to have crucial information that could assist in identifying a child victim as part of an ongoing sexual exploitation investigation. “John Doe, 48, is described as a white male between the ages of 45 and 65 years old, with dark hair and a gray beard,” stated FBI Kansas City Public Affairs Specialist Dixon Land. “He has a tattoo on each of his forearms and is seen in the back of a 20182019 Nissan NV Cargo Van wearing a blue t-shirt and a dark-colored hat. He is also heard speaking English in the video.” In December 2023, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children first obtained a video featuring the unidentified male.
