Jonathon Harris and Jaxon Miller aren’t finished representing Orrick High School, even though they graduated Sunday from there. The two are competing for Orrick’s varsity boys track and field team this weekend at the Class 1 state meet in Jefferson City.
POSSIBLE GRAND SLAM Richmond’s Kaylee King could bring home as many as four medals from the Class 3 state track and field meet this weekend. King qualified for the Friday-Saturday meet at Jefferson City by placing in the top four in four girls events at the Sectional 4 meet May 11 at Holden.
Myleigh Misenhelter is finished dancing for Richmond High School basketball games, but she’s not finished dancing for sporting events. As the Richmond News reported May 10, Misenhelter has joined the dance team at the University of Central Missouri (UCM), where she’ll perform for football and basketball games, and participate in dance competitions.
